L/XL 39 to 52 inches

IF PREGNANT, make an estimate based on your pre-pregnancy size. As a general recommendation, if waistline pre-pregnancy was 32inches and below, get the S/M size.

How to wear:

1. Fasten the main band starting from the hips, covering the lower abdomen.

2. Go updwards and adjust the compression until you feel comfortable and well-supported.
