Microwave safe with lid open. Microwave in 30 second intervals to avoid food from developing heat traps.

Remove seal before cleaning to ensure mould doesn't build up between seal and lid.

- Insert button tab through the lid and pull through. Use fingers to push seal into lid. Make sure seal is completely in to ensure a leakproof seal
