1. Place your order online and select Local Pickup.
2. Wait for a Ready for pickup Email/SMS from us! Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email/sms. You'll find all the information you'll need to arrange for self pickup.
3. Upon pickup Present/Inform staff all your order numbers to be picked up. An associate will bring the items out for you. Staff may ask verification questions just to be sure that the correct orders number/parcel will be released.
Note: Don't arrange pickup if you haven't received a notification from us. We will kindly ask you or your representative to com back at a later time.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, if your item is defective and we are unable to exchange it with a new one and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are you were offered the wrong size, if the item is defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
