Description

Photoshoot Location: 432 F. Manalo St, Corner J Wright, Batis, San Juan City,
1 SET design and 30 min photoshoot per timeslot.
Please arrive on time to avoid consuming your allotted timeslot.
There's a 15min gap per timeslot for sanitation and preps. You may come a few min early.
A maximum of 5 pax and 1 outfit will be allowed.
Shoes are not allowed on the set unless the shoes have not been used outside. Socks are encouraged.
Max 50 enhanced photos will be sent to you electronically after 14 working days.
Files in GDrive will be deleted after 2 months. Kindly download your files asap.
All paid bookings are non-refundable.
In cases of force majeure or illness in the family, a medical certificate must be presented and your payment will be credited for future bookings.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, if your item is defective and we are unable to exchange it with a new one and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are you were offered the wrong size, if the item is defective or damaged. Gifts If you are giving the item purchased as a gift or if you received an item from us as a gift, and need to have it changed to a proper size or type, please send us a photo of the order receipt together with the photo of the item to be exchanged through thenestaph@gmail.com Unfortunately, items given as gifts cannot be exchanged for a different item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
