ergoPouch is an Australian owned company renowned for the design and manufacture of high quality baby swaddles, sleep bags, sleep suit bags and now a new baby sleep wear range that are both luxurious and stylish.

All our products are made from skin friendly, natural fibres, including Organic Cotton, Bamboo and Merino. We also choose natural fibres for the fillings in our sleeping bags, to improve breathability and temperature regulation.

Founded in 2008 by sleep deprived mom Alina Sack, ergoPouch is a market leader in the Australian market.

Alina was inspired to develop the first ergoPouch sleeping bag with her first son who was a challenged sleeper and today ergoPouch is market leading and award-winning brand in Australia.

ergoPouch swaddles, sleep suits and sleeping bags are designed with different Tog (warmth) ratings making them perfect for use for all seasons without the need for blankets.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, if your item is defective and we are unable to exchange it with a new one and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We also do not accept return item due to change of mind. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are you were offered the wrong size, if the item is defective or damaged. Gifts If you are giving the item purchased as a gift or if you received an item from us as a gift, and need to have it changed to a proper size or type, please send us a photo of the order receipt together with the photo of the item to be exchanged through thenestaph@gmail.com Unfortunately, items given as gifts cannot be exchanged for a different item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
