While awaiting for your pickup, your orders will be stored safely and properly. However, please take note that due to the nature of your order, we will not be liable for any expiration caused by delay in order pickup or damages incurred due to mishandling of third party couriers.
To make sure the Feel Well products are transported in the right temperature, we are only accepting orders for pickup. For personal pickups, please bring a cooler with frozen ice sheets if you will be transporting them for more than 30 minutes. If choosing a 3rd party rider, kindly request for an insulated bag and please make an add-on purchase for the ProFreeze Ice sheets that we will freeze and activate prior to your rider pickup.
