The warranty for the pump motor starts from the date of purchase: iBox (2 years) and i2 Plus (1 year).

Measurement:

To determine the correct size, measure the diameter of your nipple (not including areola) and add 3-4 in millimeters.

• Example: 21mm + 4mm = 25mm (This is your size).
• If you are between sizes, choose the bigger funnel.

*If you require a different size from the 21mm insert or 25mm flange that comes with this pump, you may add on an insert (available in 17mm, 19mm) to your order.

Caring for your imani pump motor

• Keep your pump motor dry and clean.
• Separate the motor from the cup when your pumping session is over.
• Only use imani charging cable

Caring for your imani hands-free cup

• Disassemble the cup and wash all parts with warm, soapy water (except motor)
• Sterilize the cup and connector the way you want via steam, UV, microwave, or dish dryer
• Air dry completely before assembly
• Parts like the valve, and protector must be replaced every 2-3 months and cup must be replaced every 4-6 months

Warranty:

• imani i2 Plus motors are covered with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase and registered under the name of the original retail purchaser.
• imani breast pumps are single-user pumps. As a result, only the original user is covered under the warranty. The warranty is non-transferable, non-negotiable, or non-assignable to a third party. 

The iBox ID is tied to the warranty of the two i2 Plus Serial Numbers.
