Dear Dads and Moms,
Parenthood is a wonderful journey. From pregnancy, preparing for the coming of the baby, delivery, and taking care of the baby—all are new learning experiences for us. Throughout these stages, one thing that we always give importance to is keeping our little ones safe and healthy.

Growing up around chemicals, we have seen how much produts has been developed and invented. Though these products are meant to make our lives more convenient, they are not necessarily good for our health. Being in an era where these products are all around us, we are unknowlingly being exposed to them every single day.

Now that we are parents ourserlves, we wanted to make it right. So we created our own cleaners.

We at Nature to Nature put health as our number one priority. We want to make our homes a safe place for our children to flourish. Having our children in mind, we create products that are healthy solutions to everyday cleaning needs. By employing a minimalist “back to basics” approach, our products are safer, healthier, simpler yet effective at a great value. With a goal of minimizing the toxic chemicals we live with, we only use plant-based ingredients and include only what is needed. So what did we left out? The nasty and unnecessary ones– SLS, SLES, phthalates, parabens, dyes, phosphates, synthetic fragrances and colorants, formaldehyde and caustics.

We take care of the life’s unexpected messes so that you can focus on the more important things in life. We hope that you'll join us and make choices that are safer for you, your family, and the world we share.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, if your item is defective and we are unable to exchange it with a new one and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are you were offered the wrong size, if the item is defective or damaged. Gifts If you are giving the item purchased as a gift or if you received an item from us as a gift, and need to have it changed to a proper size or type, please send us a photo of the order receipt together with the photo of the item to be exchanged through Unfortunately, items given as gifts cannot be exchanged for a different item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
